Colina de Oro is a winner
"This is my nomination for best Mexican restaurant in our area...
Everything I've tried is good, starting with chips and a habitual overdose of great salsa. The menu includes a fair number of authentic and unusual dishes... for example, this is the only place I've ever found that serves birria.
Quality and variety on the menu are very good... I'm personally fond of chimichangas, but the last couple dinners involved chile verde and camarones Vallarta. They have only a beer and wine liquor license, but the wine margaritas taste plenty close to the tequila-based ones.
With congenial staff and a fairly quiet location, Colina de Oro is one of my favorite EDH restaurants."
